1Account Registration & Eligibility

To register on ex99, you must meet the following requirements. Every user is responsible for complying with these Terms & Conditions.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Only one account per person is permitted.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• An active mobile number and email address are required.
• Transferring your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Registering with a false identity or using someone else's information is a criminal offense.

Ex99 reserves the right to verify any account at any time. If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete, the account may be suspended or closed without notice.

2Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

All financial transactions on ex99 follow defined procedures in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. We support the most popular payment methods available in Bangladesh.

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
• We accept Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, and Mastercard for deposits.
• Payments must be made in the account holder's name — third-party payments are not accepted.
• Suspicious deposits may be temporarily held for review.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Weekly withdrawal limits are determined by your account tier.

3Bonus & Promotion Terms

All members are required to comply with ex99's bonus and promotion terms. Please read the specific offer's terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once on the first deposit.
• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement — typically 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time after receiving a bonus, the bonus will expire.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously — if one bonus is active, another cannot be claimed.
• Not all games can be played with bonus funds — certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering.
• Ex99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

If bonus abuse or system exploitation is detected, ex99 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all associated winnings.

4Game Operations & Results Policy

• Game outcomes are entirely random and are not predetermined in any way.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, ex99 will endeavor to refund the bet amount.

• Violating game rules or attempting to manipulate game software will result in account termination.

• Abusing the bonus system by creating multiple accounts.
• Any attempt to alter or interfere with the game software.
• Disrespectful or threatening behaviour toward other players or staff.
• Contacting live support under a false identity.

8Account Suspension & Termination Policy

Ex99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of multiple account creation.
• Account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. If you have a remaining balance, please withdraw it before closing.

9Dispute Resolution Process

Keep all dispute-related communications in writing. Verbal communications will not be accepted.

10General Provisions & Legal Framework

• If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect.
